MR. SANDEEP KADIAN
(FOUNDER & MANAGING TRUSTEE)
Hailing from Gurugram, Mr. Sandeep Kadian, Founder and Managing Trustee of JOIN THE CAUSE (Charitable Trust) has an exceptional academic background with a Bachelor’s degree in BBA and Masters in Human Resources from JIMS Kalkaji & Business Studies from Whitireia Auckland , New Zealand. He has more than 12 years of experience of working with various Indian and multi-national organisations of repute in Human Resource, Recruitment and Administration. His knowledge in the field has been an added advantage which has always helped him in accessing the candidate and choosing the right fit for the right job. He has worked on various projects during his tenure and helped his organisations in growing and formulating the right processes and policies as per the need of the hour. He has multi- dimensional exposure across India and abroad. He has been associated with various charitable organisations and social causes aimed at alleviating social malaise and bridging disparity in society through his initiatives in education, healthcare, livelihood and capacity building for the last 12 years.He has spearheaded initiatives for caring for the community, gender specialists, and contributing to the underprivileged communities by supporting a wide range of socio-economic, educational and gender equality initiatives. He holds expertise in designing and providing technical assistance community-based & non-governmental organizations in program development, community assessment, evaluation and governance. He has shown his leadership and expertise. His dedication, strategic insights and commitment to transparency have played a pivotal role in enhancing the organization’s financial stability, furthering its mission and expanding its outreach. As an inspirational leader, he is a strong driving force behind the foundation’s impact. Proven track record of leading successful HR initiatives, implementing talent acquisition strategies, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and employee engagement. Committed to cultivating a supportive work environment that empowers employees to reach their full potential and contribute to the mission of the organization.

His extensive administrative experience is a valuable asset to the organisation. In his past roles, he has experience in marketing, channel sales, acquisition and retention, fundraising through individual partnerships, digital fundraising, data analysis, banking, insurance, Business Development and Corporate Sales, generating revenue and new business opportunities. In his current role, he is leading the fundraising and nurturing vertical.

MRS. MINU GAHLAN
(FOUNDER & TRUSTEE)
Mrs. Minu Gahlan, Founder & Trustee of JOIN THE CAUSE NGO (Charitable Trust), is passionate with a strong vision for change, who created this ngo to tackle social, environmental and developmental issues, driven by the calling to serve the society. Her qualifications are Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from Delhi University, Certificate in NGO Management from IGNOU, Diploma in Labour law & Administrative Law from Annamalai University, & a B.Ed degree from Delhi University. She has a rich experience of 10+ years of working in organisations in CSR and NGO’s. She has worked in both rural settings and urban settings. She transitioned from the Pioneer roles, where she handled all operations from fund raising to field work to more leadership roles such as Assistant Public Relations Officer, welfare officer – CSR and funding, Business Development Associate. She excels in project management, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and proposal development. She is also a trained certified counsellor having a rich experience of working in different corporate which helps her in connecting different career choices with the real life scenarios.She has been providing education counselling services to school and college students for quite some time. An expertise in documentation, program and proposal designing, fund raising and networking, administrative and managerial skills, mediation and public relations, she’s truly an asset to th organisation. Beyond her expertise, she is deeply guided by a sense of duty towards society. She has quietly but consistently contributed to causes close to her heart.Both within her professional sphere and in broader community initiatives. Her educational background and work experiences equips her to lead the ngo’s mission effectively.

The key components are her commitment & dedication to ethical practices, transparency and accountability which are vital to building trust with donors and the community. Her unwavering belief in giving back is exemplified by her long standing association with these causes with which she has been involved for a long time. In the organisation, she manages a substantial CSR funding portfolio. Her passion for initiatives in education, skill development, health and women empowerment drives her dedication to creating a positive societal impact. She is an avid reader and loves reading autobiographies, romantic stories and thrillers. She loves travelling and exploring new places and loves watching movies. In her free time, she reads story books, and researches varied cuisines as she loves experimenting with new recipes.

MRS. SONIA KUMARI
(TRUSTEE, TREASURER)
Mrs. Sonia Kumari, Trustee of JOIN THE CAUSE NGO (Charitable Trust) is truly a seasoned marketing professional with 12+ years of experience working on brand transformation , positioning and integrated marketing strategy to help brands meet their marketing objectives along with driving growth through data driven customer acquisition strategies. In her past roles, she has a rich experience in marketing, channel sales, acquisition and retention, fundraising through individual partnerships, digital fundraising, data analysis, banking, business development and corporate sales, generating revenue and new business opportunities. She proved to be a passionate technology enthusiast, having completed her Bachelors degree in Computer Application from Delhi University, she has worked on digital transformation and growth strategy for start ups and non-profits, performance – linked business plans on digital marketing, affiliate marketing, and on brand alliances. She has been leading digital marketing & fundraising and has served in several strategic roles over the years. She’s shown her leadership and expertise by introducing innovative marketing systems that have significantly improved the trust’s marketing performance and it’s digital presence. Her dedication, strategic insights, and commitment to transparency have played a pivotal role in enhancing the organization’s digital marketing stability, furthering its mission, and expanding its outreach. She has been leading the digital marketing team and has been playing a key role in the organisation’s digital transformation journey aimed at improving scalability, reliability and resiliency. Her passion for initiatives in education, skill development, health, and women empowerment drives her dedication to creating a positive societal impact. Talking about her hobbies, she loves to travel and takes keen interest in music and food. She loves spending time with her family in her free time.
